Our campus was excited to participate in the “Adopt a Class Pet” initiative led by our counselor, Mrs. Haynes! Through this engaging experience, each class had the opportunity to adopt a special classroom pet—a cuddly stuffed animal—to help build community, responsibility, and a sense of belonging. Students eagerly selected from a variety of animals, including horses, dogs, and cats, and quickly welcomed their new “pet” as part of their classroom family. This counselor-led event sparked joy and creativity while also promoting teamwork, kindness, and a positive classroom culture. Thank you, Mrs. Haynes, for leading such a memorable and meaningful experience for our students!
