Aldine ISD to Remain Closed for the Rest of the 2019-2020 School Year
Dear Aldine Community,
Following Texas Governor Abbott’s announcement today, Aldine ISD school buildings and facilities will remain closed for the rest of the 2019-2020 school year through May 28, which is the last day of instruction. We will continue to provide access to learning through our Aldine At-Home virtual learning site that includes activities and opportunities for students to receive feedback and communicate directly with their teachers.
While this is not the way we anticipated the school year would end, we know that this is the best decision for the safety of our students and our entire community.

Las escuelas del AISD permanecerán cerradas por el resto del año escolar 2019-2020
Estimada Comunidad de Aldine,
Tras la declaración hoy del gobernador de Texas, Greg Abbot, los planteles escolares y edificios del Distrito Escolar de Aldine permanecerán cerrados por el resto del año escolar 2019-2020 hasta el 28 de mayo que es el último día de clases. Continuaremos ofreciendo acceso a la enseñanza a través de nuestro sitio de aprendizaje virtual el Plan de Aprendizaje en el Hogar del AISD que incluye actividades y oportunidades para que los alumnos reciban comentarios y se comuniquen directamente con sus maestros.
Si bien está no es la forma en que anticipamos que terminaría el año escolar, sabemos que es la mejor decisión para la seguridad de nuestros estudiantes y toda nuestra comunidad entera.
