The Annual Update application is now available for each student who was actively enrolled on the last day of the 2021-2022 school year at any Aldine ISD campus. Your child is considered a current student even if you have moved within the Aldine ISD boundaries and are attending a new campus in 2022-2023 or if you are attending a new school due to promotion (i.e. moving from elementary to middle school).

A Parent or Guardian must complete and submit the Annual Update form in Home Access Center (HAC). 

Steps for completing the Annual Update:

  1. Log in to Home Access Center and check the student name in the top right corner. Select the drop-down circle to change to a different student, if needed.
  2. Select the Registration page. 
  3. Select the Update Enrollment tab.
  4. Under Available Forms, select Start to access the Annual Update form. 

5. Set up access to Online Forms.

    • Select the Checkbox “To comply with COPPA, I affirm that I am 13 years or older”.
    • Select Begin Forms. 

6. For security purposes, enter the Student’s Date of Birth to access the Annual Update.

7. Complete the Annual Update application and SUBMIT it by August 20, 2022.

8. Check your campus website for back-to-school updates and information.
